Build strength with consistent practice
Strength goals benefit from repeatable practice and recovery. Start with movements and resistance you can control before progressing.
Progress carefully
Follow the exercise instructions, record completed sets and use rest periods. Increase difficulty gradually when the movement is comfortable and controlled. Stop if you feel unwell or experience pain and seek appropriate advice.
Keep a useful record
Review completed sessions and performance over several weeks. A missed session is a reason to adjust your routine, not to double the next session automatically.
