Public guides explain general fitness concepts and how to use the platform. They do not provide individual medical care.
Sources and review
We link to primary public-health guidance when supporting health-related statements. Editorial review checks wording, links and consistency with the product. It does not imply review by a clinician. Material changes require a new review date.
No invented evidence
We do not publish invented ratings, success stories, credentials or guaranteed outcomes. Client stories require documented permission; health records and private reports remain outside the public library.
Corrections
Use the contact page to report an error, naming the page and the statement. We check the source and update or remove unsupported material. Commercial information is taken from current plan settings, not from editorial estimates.
