Terms of Service

1. The service

IGNIS Elite is operated by [Company legal name — to be completed] under the brand Amrismailai.com. It provides:

  • personalised training and nutrition plans
  • guided workouts
  • progress tracking and reports
  • optional paid extras, such as the AI body analysis

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password safe. Each person may have only one account, and you're responsible for everything done with yours.

3. Health and safety

The service gives general fitness and nutrition information, not medical advice. Before we create any plan, you must read and accept the Health & Safety Disclaimer. Consult a specialist doctor before you start.

4. Payments

Subscriptions and purchases are covered by our Payment, Subscription & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • misuse the service or share your account
  • copy our content
  • try to access other people's data
  • attack our systems
  • use automated tools against the website or the chat assistant

6. Content and intellectual property

We or our licensors own all exercise images, videos, plans and texts, and the IGNIS Elite brand. © Amrismailai.com. You may use them only for your own personal training.

7. Levels, points and badges

Levels, points and badges have no cash value. We may adjust them if we detect misuse. Points can be redeemed only as described in the app.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we can't guarantee it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features, and we'll tell you about important changes.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for results that depend on your own health and how closely you follow the plan. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
